Yes, we have a free international delivery!

Domestic shipping in Finland is done via Posti. Orders of one product will be delivered straight to your letter box, while orders of two or more products will be delivered to your nearest Posti or SmartPost pick-up point. We'll send you a tracking number when the order has been shipped. Delivery in Finland takes about 2-3 business days.

International shipping is done via DHL Express straight to your door. We'll send you a tracking number when order is processed. International orders are delivered in 2-5 business days.

In the Nordics the delivery takes about 2-3 days, in rest of the Europe 2-3 days, and outside the EU roughly 4-5 business days. We will send you a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

We offer a full 30 day return policy, no questions asked. In case you would like to return your order, you can follow the instructions HERE. Return shipping has to be arranged and paid by the customer. In case you want to exchange something we will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge. If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will pay the return shipping cost. Please spend few minutes of your time choosing the right size with the size guide found in the product page. Shipping and returning items back and forth has a negative environmental impact. The real cost of returns is not the financial cost. It's the environmental one. However, sometimes it happens and we are obviously there to help you.

Yes, we use Australian mulesing-free merino wool.

Our manufacturing is in Lithuania, and the fabric production takes place in Italy in a EMAS certified factory.

When we started FORMAL FRIDAY we promised to always strive for the best possible raw material, the best possible production, and keep the environmental impact of our processes as low as possible. While this comes with a higher price, we believe that we can have the most positive impact by only manufacturing products true to our ideology and make no compromises. However, we offer a 30 days return policy, so you can always return your product shouldn't it meet your expectations.
